I called Premier Electric about getting work done in my electrical panel box. A kind and knowledgeable gentleman answered the phone. He clearly understood the work that needed to be done and took the time to explain what they would do to ensure the panel box met code. He provided the service call charge without hesitation and gave me the schedulers name for future reference. I called the next morning and spoke with Jaime who was very professional and kind. She took my information and noted what need to be done and then scheduled my appointment. On the morning of my appointment, I received a courtesy call from the electrician giving me an arrival time. John and Shawn showed up on schedule and were very professional. John and Shawn examined the panel box thoroughly. They showed me the problem and explained what needed to be done to fix it. They worked quickly and efficiently to make my panel box safe. After having such a positive experience, I can highly recommend Premier Electric. I found the company to have excellent employees, who were able to listen and explain things in layman’s terms. Their pricing is excellent in comparison to others in the county.
